Military UAV Accessories and Reinforced Chassis

About The Project

The military UAV accessory structure meets GB/T 19520.12-2009 standard and relevant military standards, and adapts to the environmental requirements of airborne, ship-borne, vehicular and ground station room. High structural rigidity and lightweight were the key design requirements.

  • Services: 5-axis CNC machining, Precision milling, Anodizing
  • Material: Aluminum 7075-T6, Titanium alloy
  • Standard: GB/T 19520.12-2009 and military specs
  • Application: Airborne, ship-borne, vehicular, ground station

PROTOTYPE PRODUCTION

How The Parts Were Manufactured

01

5-Axis CNC Machining

The complex geometry of the UAV chassis required 5-axis simultaneous machining to achieve the required tolerances in a single setup. This minimized fixturing error and maintained the tight dimensional relationships between mounting interfaces.

02

Structural Reinforcement

Titanium alloy inserts were integrated into the aluminum chassis at high-stress points. The combined assembly provides a high strength-to-weight ratio meeting military shock and vibration specifications.
