How The Parts Were Manufactured

Vacuum Casting
A silicone mold was created from the master pattern. The casting resin was poured under vacuum to eliminate air bubbles and achieve excellent surface finish. This method produces parts with mechanical properties close to injection-molded ABS.

Post-Processing
Each cap was inspected dimensionally and finished with a light sanding to remove any parting line flash. The final parts met all functional requirements for watertight sealing.
